Our 2023 Hillside Chardonnay opens up with fresh aromas of pear, Gala apple, and delicate jasmine. The palate is a delightful blend of flinty minerality and a creamy texture, reminiscent of panna cotta. Vibrant flavors of citrus, poached pear, and Tarte Tatin unfold on the palate. This Chardonnay is both lively and indulgent, with a long finish.
