Oak Knoll District

Our Hillside Chardonnay is made in an old-world, Burgundian style. It hails from the Oak Knoll District at the southern end of Napa, from a vineyard adjacent to the Mayacamas Mountain range. This site enjoys sun in the morning, which creates rich, classic aromas and flavors, and cool shade in the afternoon, which preserves the fresh mouthfeel. The 2021 Chardonnay opens with aromas of tropical fruit, brioche, honeysuckle and pear. On the palate, the wine offers a creamy texture, with a minerality and vibrancy adding a beautiful counterpoint.
